When the packaging machine enters the automatic operation state,
When the packaging machine enters the automatic operation state,
the weighing control system opens the feeding door to start feeding.
The feeding device is a fast and slow feeding mode.
When the material weight reaches the set value of fast feeding,
the fast feeding is stopped and the slow feeding is maintained.
When the material weight reaches the set value, the feeding door is closed to complete the dynamic weighing process.
At this time, the system detects whether the bag clamping device is in When the bag has been clamped, the system will send a control signal to open the unloading door of the weighing bucket, and the material will enter the bag, then unloading door of the weighing bucket will be closed automatically;
after the material is unloaded, the bag clamping device will be released and the bag will fall down automatically; after the bag is dropped, the bag will be sewn and transported to the next processis way, it operates automatically.
